**The Role**

This is a generalist HR Manager/Senior HR Advisor role where no two days are the same. You will go from dealing with ER Issues, ensuring legal compliance to assisting with grievances to arranging charity events.

You will be someone who is able to keep lots of plates spinning and enjoys variety, also of course leading a team

**Duties will include**:
Responsible for providing a professional Human Resources function for the site, ensuring all Human Resource policies are implemented effectively and that employees are developed to their full potential through the deployment of effective communication processesbetween employees and their Managers.
- Creation of the wider site people strategy as directed by the Regional BP.
- Setting local HR objectives and goals which are aligned to sites operational priorities and objectives.
- Ownership for the site’s payroll working in conjunction with the site HRA.
- Management of projects around TA. HRIS and Payroll.
- Development of effective and focused people resources plans through close liaison with the Operations Manager to ensure the right balance of agency V’s core.
- Utilisation of Group interventions and processes which identify future talent and embrace team Clipper philosophy.
- Ensuring ETI compliance.
- Managing and measuring agency performance.
- Evaluate Clipper Group and locally delivered training interventions which meet priority learning needs at team and individual level and result in improved business performance.
- To deploy and administer Clipper policies and practices that foster effective working relationships at individual and collective level and lead to a Team Clipper culture
- Providing effective leadership for the HR Advisor on site.
- Ensuring compliance to Clipper standards on Operational training - creation of SOP’s and version control of such documents.
- Training operatives and Managers - including induction, manual handling, operational SOP’s and Management courses.
- Administering the LMS for the site.
- Ownership of the sites Training matrix
- Co-ordination of all legislative training requirements.
- Ownership of the HR/ Training budget for site.

**Required Skills/Experience:**
- Experience of a generalist HR role on a similar sized site which has experienced growth.
- Ideally qualified to fully qualified.
- Strong understanding of local area and legislation.
- E comm knowledge - fast paced environments. (3rd party open book an advantage)
- Implementation of HR Policies ad procedures.
- Project management
- Building an engaging culture
- Ability to deal with complex, difficult and emotional situations
- Delivered training programs
