**HR Advisor - Would Consider Operations Managers with good HR knowledge looking to move into HR.**
We are looking for an HR Advisor who is keen to progress with a hugely successful global financial services organisation. You may be an operations manager looking to move into HR from say call centre management, retail or hospitality sectors where you’vehad to do a lot of HR tasks from employee relations, to absence and performance management, grievance and disciplinary etc.Also you may be a very ambitious, fast-paced HR Assistant or HR/Business Studies degree graduate with at least two solid years’ experienceevidencing a strong work ethic, with exposure to HR, i.e. hospitality manager, who’s looking to progress quickly to be an HR Advisor.

This role is based in Dublin 2 days a week, working from home 2 days a week and 1 day a week travel on average.

You will work towards operating at all levels within the business and critical to this will be building strong relationships with key customers to influence and embed change. This is a generalist HR role, including: induction, training, policies, systems,providing support on resolving complex employee relations casework and varied HR projects.

**Person Specification**:

- Operations managers with experience of HR and employee relations looking to move into a pure HR role. Ideal sectors are retail, hospitality, logistics and call centre where support provided in HR is lean.
- Graduates with a degree in Human Resources or Business Studies with modules in HR with a minimum of 2 year’s post graduation work experience preferably in an HR Administration, HR assistant or recruitment role.
- The applicants must be organised, good communicators, flexible, with the ability to interact effectively with people at all levels within the organisation.
- An understanding of employment law is essential along with excellent communication skills with the ability to influence at all levels.
- Excellent attention to detail and a good understanding of systems.
- Must be able to evidence a strong work ethic and going the extra mile to make a difference.
- You will need to be resilient with buckets of positive energy.
