**Bodyshop Advisor**

**Maidstone**

**Mon-Thursday 8am-5pm Friday 8am-4.30pm**

**£32,000 plus bonus**
Lookers, Maidstone is recruiting for Bodyshop Advisor to join our brand new Bodyshop team and work alongside our amazing Cosmetic repair technicians and Estimator to provide a professional a friendly service to our Lookers customers.
Headed up by our fantastic management team Tom and Tyrone who between them share a wealth of experience within Lookers, therefore the best training will be given. This is a fantastic opportunity to develop a career with the Bodyshop team.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide regular communication to customers keeping them informed of repair progress, additional work needed or vehicle completion, ensuring Lookers database is kept up to date.
- Ensure all work is managed and administered in line with Lookers defined processes.
- Upsell of bodywork and wheel repair work to customers as appropriate.
- Process invoices and ensure payment is received in full before vehicles are released.
- Liaise with internal aftersales colleagues to ensure effective communication and teamworking
- Help manage customer problems, complaints and difficult situations bringing them to a speedy, satisfactory conclusion for all concerned.

Qualifications:
You must have previous in experience in a similar customer facing role. Motor trade or Bodyshop experience is desirable, but not essential. You will have strong customer service skills and focus.
