**The Role**

Great Minds Together are looking for a Quality Assurance Officer to provide oversight to documentation completed by our multidisciplinary core team working across our Tier 3.5 sites and Outreach services.

**Duties and Responsibilities**
- Quality assure all documentation across all Tier 3.5 sites and Outreach service to ensure that it is compliant with practice and Local Authority and CQC standards
- Feedback to Regional Leads in regard to the required quality of standard and completion of reports and further discuss with management via regular meetings
- Support in delivering training to staff in regard to content and quality of records in regard to completeness, correctness and clarity
- Ensure that the processes within the organisation are effective and that all policies and procedures, in respect of documentation, are followed by staff, agency staff, contractors and volunteers
- Coordinate tasks, events, and workload allocation via an internal CRM management system, recording software and training platforms
- Support the Director of Safeguarding and Quality Assurance in auditing activities across the service and developing tools for measuring and recording purposes
- Attend monthly team meetings and weekly management meetings with management to include weekly reporting mechanisms and feedback systems to consider accountability of the staff team

**Requirements**:

- Have previous experience of auditing documentation - electronic and hand-written
- You must have either a Social Work Diploma / Degree be a Registered Mental Health Professional or have relevant experience
- You must have excellent communication skills, people skills and be approachable
