**Role: Lettings Manager (12 month Fixed-Term-Contract)**

**Location: Manchester**

**Salary: Up to £37,000 Per Annum**

We are recruiting for a Lettings Manager to join an exciting and fast-growing forward-thinking company in the property management market.The company prides itself on delivering an exceptional experience to their residents and is looking for a likemindedperson to head up this department.

**Role Overview**

Reporting to the Head of Tenancy Management, the Lettings Manager will be responsible for managing the tenancy lifecycle. This role is currently offered on a fixed term contract for 12 months.

**The role**:

- You will head up the Lettings office and manage a small team of Tenancy Coordinators who focus on tenancy administration
- Aim to maximise rental income and issue Section notices as required, preparing company Let tenancy agreements and ensuring legal compliance
- Manage tenancy related complaints within agreed SLAs
- Set and implement individual and team objectives, collaborate to achieve success and set development paths for your team, with regular 121’s.
- Manage relationships with third party contractors and agents and establish, develop and maintain close working relationships with Sales & Marketing and Facilities Management.
- Be an ambassador for the brand and company vision.
- A strong background in Lettings Management in the residential field is essential
- A friendly and welcoming personality with passion for customer service and property management.
- Strong working knowledge of property legislation, with relevant qualifications
- Experience in managing a team, improving customer service, working to targets, and coaching and energising team members
- Solid working knowledge of property management processes and procedures
- Previous experience managing properties within the housing sector and/or HMO models desirable.
- High level of engagement and communication skills to develop effective working relationships.
- Relevant certifications and membership e.g. ARLA
