The job profile for this position is Finance Quality Assurance Specialist, which is a role within the Finance Quality Assurance Department which is part of the EGS Finance Department.

**Key responsibilities**:
Collaborate with business owners across all segments of the European Finance Function to understand their current processes
Translate those current processes into end-to-end process flows (Visio or Smart Modular) and risk & control matrixes
Support the creation of a process library within EGS Finance
Maintain the various documents of the process library up to date with the support of the business owners
Perform periodic quality audits and self-assessment exercises to ensure the designed internal controls are also operational effective and report out on these
Help design and facilitate formal and informal training for different audiences on the importance of quality and the roles & responsibilities each stakeholder plays in that
Engage with business owners to share ideas, raise concerns, develop best practices and make recommendations for improvement on current processes
Engage and collaborate with internal teams such as Risk and Internal Audit to embed the control framework
Support in the coordination of the Solvency II planning between Finance, Actuary and Risk
Support in driving towards a culture of improved internal control awareness & understanding across Finance

**Qualifications**:
Bachelor degree
3 years of relevant professional experience in documenting processes into process flows and/or reviewing & evaluating internal controls

**Proficiency with MS Office programs including**: Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Visio
Proficiency in English (any other language skill is a plus)
Business and financial acumen (financial accounting and/or insurance)
Ability to travel when needed
