We have an exciting position with our Lanarkshire based manufacturing client, who are recruiting for a Quality Assurance Administrator to join the team on a permanent basis (full-time or part-time).

As a Quality Control Administrator, you will play a critical role in ensuring that products meet the highest standards of quality. You will be responsible for inspection reporting, monitoring processes, and maintaining accurate records in accordance with the quality assurance procedures.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Treat health & safety and compliance as top priority.
- Collect and analyse KPI’s related to Quality Control and process improvement.
- Carry out product quality reviews.
- Import QA reports into the system.
- Maintain updated H&S certificates.
- Handling all customer enquiries/complaints.
- Provide information and reports related to QA and H&S to the Operations Manager.
- Provide trending, analysis of quality assurance performance, KPI reports and presentation materials.
- Maintain and understanding of manufacturing processes and the impact of quality control on production.
- Coordinate office audit schedules and agendas.
- Validation/documentation store activities including pallet archiving/retrieving for all departments.
- Identify and participate in CI initiatives within Quality.
- Previous experience in a QA support/administration role.
- Knowledge and understanding of quality control procedures.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and work ethic.
- Strong teamwork, interpersonal, and communication skills with the ability to build relationships across the business.
- Knowledge of the production/manufacturing industry is desirable.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £22,000.00-£26,000.00 per year
