Working with a friendly small team supporting companies across the UK, we are growing fast and looking for someone who is keen to get our clients as enthused by technology as we are. We also have a large, furry office dog and a smaller spaniel.

Our priority is having happy clients. We're looking for someone to help us do that by:

- Answering calls and creating tickets on the ticketing system with details of the inquiry
- Admin tasks - updating client records and contact details
- Quoting and ordering new equipment for clients and raising invoices

Do you have:

- An appreciation of the importance of timekeeping
- The ability to turn stressed clients into confident ones
- The skill to talk about technology in simple terms
- The ability to enjoy the high levels of cheesy music we play in the office

A Company pool vehicle will be provided, but you must have a full UK driving license - visits to client sites will be required.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £22,000.00-£25,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
