Design and deliver a range of counter fraud learning activities to NHSCFA people and the wider counter fraud community in line with current legislation, policies and government profession requirements. Including preparing lesson plans, drafting session content and a range of practical assessments. Subject matter includes all elements of investigative training and management of serious and complex investigations. Conduct extensive research of legislation and other related matters ensuring training materials are kept up to date and are appropriate for the current fraud landscape.

Provide advice to all areas of the organisation where research conducted reflects a requirement to update polices or procedures. Support NHSCFA people and external stakeholders to maintain their continued professional development in line with current policy and requirements of the Government Counter Fraud Profession.
