My client based in Birmingham are a global property business with an outstanding reputation. An opportunity has arisen for a Property Administrator to join their team. The role will support their property portfolio with a range of queries so the purposeof this role will be to deliver high levels of service at all times. This role will be hybrid with three days in the office.

You will:

- Liaising with local authorities
- Using the property database to obtain the information required and escalate to the correct department where required.
- Accurately record information onto excel spreadsheets
- Administrate account amendments on the in-house database.
- Dealing with queries and directing where required.
- Generating and updating reports

Applicants will have previous administrative experience working with spreadsheets and systems. Experience of working in the property sector would be desirable but not essential.
