This is a hands on supervisory role supervising a team of 4 cold room assistants.

Required to work alongside the existing staff, supervising and supporting the team. Ensuring that all personal hygiene standards are adhered to, staff performance is monitored, and all changes are implemented wherever necessary.

Ensure all temperature records are recorded and completed to ISS food safety standards.

Complete weekly audits of the work area.

To manage and complete staff rotas ensuring sickness and annual leave are covered.

Supervisory Experience & Food Safety knowledge would be beneficial.

32 hours per week to include alternate weekends

Shift patterns will include 7am - 2pm weekdays & 6.30am - 2pm at weekends

**Salary**: £12.88 per hour

Schedule:

- Weekend availability

Work Location: One location
