Door Supervisors

We are looking for door supervisors to work in pubs, clubs, and events in and around Worcester, Gloucester and the surrounding areas.

Must enjoy interacting with the public and have strong customer service & conflict management skills.

Must be comfortable and experienced working in events, bars, clubs, hotels and festivals, representing the venue and enforcing venue policies & licencing requirements where required, while ensuring the safety and security of members of the public & staff on site.

your duties, depending on the venue and role could include:

- searching and screening
- upholding venues licencing objectives
- ensuring the safety of all members of the public and staff on site
- patrols and response
- assisting with crowd management
- enforcing site/event policies & procedures
- asset protection
- CCTV monitoring & control room operative duties (if licenced and experienced to do so)

we provide shifts on a self employed basis, all applicants must:

- have valid SIA Door Supervisor or CP license.
- have a 5 year checkable work history
- have experience within the security industry

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Temporary contract, Fixed term contract
Part-time hours: 16-35 per week

**Salary**: £12.00-£14.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 10 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Night shift

**Experience**:

- Security: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Sia door supervisor license (required)
- Driving Licence (preferred)

Work authorisation:

- United Kingdom (required)
