As a Barclays Emerging Markets Sales Manager you'll join our Emerging Markets (EM) origination team, covering local markets clients with a cross-asset class mandate, on both developed market and EM products. You will be focused on CEEMEA and Latin America (LATAM)macro product, working alongside Macro Structuring, Trading and Sales teams to distribute these to international institutional investors. You'll work cooperatively with functions across the value chain to deliver a seamless execution to clients, while factoringin regulatory, market, credit, legal and cross-border considerations.

This role is deemed as a Certified role under the PRA & UK Financial Conduct Authority - Individual Accountabilities Regulations and may require the role holder to hold mandatory regulatory qualifications or the minimum qualifications to meet internal companybenchmarks.
**What will you be doing?**:

- Building a first class business for Barclays in the EM Rates coverage with the largest asset managers, insurers and hedge funds in London
- Covering international clients across Rates and FX as well as local cross-asset coverage experience at top EM houses
- Fostering relationships and connectivity with the largest dedicated EM real money accounts as well as hedge funds and model accounts to Barclays
- Supporting key stakeholders and building relationships with Sales, trading and structuring partners within the macro and credit businesses
- Working with external stakeholders including Sovereigns, Corporates, Funds, Investment Companies
**Hybrid Working**
We are currently operating in a hybrid working environment, meaning that many colleagues spend part of their working hours at home and part in the office, depending on the nature of the role they are in. Please discuss the detail of the working pattern optionsfor the role with the hiring manager.
**What we're looking for**:

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Financial Engineering or related field
- Demonstrable experience in Macro Product in CEEMEA and LATAM
- Experience in EM with a focus on rates
**Skills that will help you in the role**:

- Master's Degree in Finance, Business Administration or Public Administration
- Familiarity or previous experience working with CEEMEA clients, particularly with EM international institutional clients
- Excellent analytical and quantitative skills
**Where will you be working?**
5 North Colonnade is home to our investment bank and is in the heart of Canary Wharf, just a short walk from our headquarters at Churchill Place.
