**Field Sales Representative - QA Underlays & Accessories**
Based in North West
- Salary £35,000 plus £10,000 performance-based bonus
- Provisions include company car, mobile, laptop and pension
- 23 days annual leave, increasing with service
**The Company**
QA Flooring Solutions has become one of the world’s leading manufacturers and distributors of underlays and accessories, selling several million square metres of underlay every year.
**The Role**
Our Underlays and Accessories division is growing, and we are looking for an experienced Field Sales Representative to join us. Our Field Reps play a pivotal role in our sales process - nurturing established relationships with our loyal customers, and fostering new ones with prospective clients, to create and qualify sales leads.
You will be expected to create and follow an activity plan to ensure frequent, high-quality face-to-face visits with customers within your region. You will be responsible for maintaining and developing highly effective, long-term relationships with clients; with a clear focus on seeking out high-value opportunities and utilising your time effectively.

- Excellent verbal communication skills, and confidence communicating this way
- Highly effective organisational and time management skills
- Have a strong work ethic and promote good working practises
- Familiar with targets, KPIs and sales performance related expectations
- Smartly presented, friendly and professional towards colleagues and customers
- Demonstrate a desire to grow personal skill set and knowledge within/about the business
The below criteria are desirable to succeed in the role, but are not essential:
- Previous experience in the flooring/construction industry
- Experience working with Salesforce, Orderwise or other sales-based CRMs
