**Role Overview**

We are currently recruiting for a Security Officer to join our passionate and driven Security team based at our client’s site at Greenhithe. Kent.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- To work as part of the Incentive FM team upholding their values and standards.
- To liaise with retailers over any security matters or concerns.
- To assist on site police in prevention and detection of crime.
- To prevent unauthorised personnel from entering Bluewater.
- To conduct regular internal and external perimeter building patrols.
- To ensure when conducting building patrols, the list of Health and Safety points are adhered to at all times, challenging and reporting breaches.
- Checking for any suspicious activities, persons and vehicles.
- To conduct regular checks of areas listed within the Assignment Instructions.

**About You**:

- Excellent communicator at all levels.
- Must hold a valid Door Supervisors Licence.
- Ability to operate in a pressurised environment.
- Excellent time management.
- Attention to detail and proactive.
- Demonstrable Proactive and professional approach to security.
- Ability to work under own initiative and also as a member of a team
- Experience in working within a team as well as on your own - essential
- Knowledge of health and safety legislation and policy
- Flexible approach to working hours, including working weekends & Bank Holidays
- SIA licensed in all relevant areas.
- Experience in Retail Security.
- Willingness to take any further appropriate training.
