As part of the Avia Solutions Group family, the world’s largest ACMI provider, with a fleet of 180 aircraft, we provide a range of aviation services including MRO (Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul), pilot and crew training, ground handling, and associated services. We were established in 2023 after our acquisition of Synergy Aviation.

**Role Description**

Ascend Airways is seeking Senior Cabin Crew Members for a full-time on-site role at London Gatwick Airport. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and comfort of passengers on board our flights. You will be required to prepare the cabin for takeoff, ensure compliance with safety procedures, and provide exceptional customer service to all passengers.

Our Senior Cabin Crew Members are also responsible for managing the Junior Cabin Crew Members on board the aircraft.

**Qualifications**
- Minimum of one year in a Senior Cabin Crew role.
- Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle difficult situations professionally
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think quickly on your feet
- Ability to work well in a team and maintain a positive and professional attitude
- Valid UK Attestation and unrestricted right to work in the UK
- Fluent in English, and knowledge of additional languages is an advantage
- Ability to work flexible hours.
- Passionate about providing exceptional customer service and delivering a memorable passenger experience

**Salary**: £25,000.00 per year
