**About us**

Wyndham Duchally Country Estate is set in beautiful Perthshire and is the ideal base for short breaks and overnight stays in Scotland. Our resort comprises of 55 Self Catering Lodges, 9 Hotel Rooms and a range of onsite facilities nestled within 27 acres of parkland.

**Responsibilities**:

- Warm and engaging personality
- Professionally presented
- Excellent communication skills with high levels of attention to detail
- Previous experience in either hospitality, wedding and events or sales (desirable)
- A Drivers License will be essential due to occasional travel associated with the role
- Flexible and able to work weekends as the role involves significant weekend working
- Work with the General Manager in becoming a wedding and events destination of choice.
- Maintain the highest level of customer service and satisfaction at all levels of interaction
- Support the General Manager with the department marketing plan by:

- attending wedding fairs and events
- organising onsite wedding fairs/open days for both venues
- assisting with photoshoots
- being a second pair of eyes/sense check promotional material (digital and print)
- overseeing resort social media platforms
- Organise and conduct full show rounds to potential event bookings.
- Organise and carryout meetings (in person or via video call) with the Couples to help understand requirements and to discuss details for their wedding on an ongoing basis so the Food & Beverage team can run the event successfully on the day.
- Liaise and work with operations team in lead up to and on event days to ensure a seamless experience is delivered.
- Having the skill set to negotiate if required and deal with all different types of cliental.
- Assist with the upsell of extra services and add-ons where appropriate.
- Stay up-to-date with new products and features
- Help with planning and organising over the Festive Period
- Liaise and coordinate with General Manager for outdoor events to be held on the Resort in Summer Months

**Salary**: From £25,000.00 per year
