Responsibilities:

- Perform carpet cleaning services for residential and commercial clients
- Use professional cleaning equipment and techniques to effectively remove dirt, stains, and odors from carpets
- Inspect carpets for any damages or areas that require special attention
- Move furniture and other items as needed to access the carpeted areas
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client concerns and ensuring satisfaction with the cleaning results
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment

**Experience**:

- Previous experience in carpet cleaning is required
- Familiarity with different types of carpets and their specific cleaning requirements
- Knowledge of various carpet cleaning techniques, products, and equipment
- Ability to operate carpet cleaning machinery safely and effectively
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently

**Skills**:

- Excellent communication skills to interact with clients in a professional manner
- Physical stamina to handle the physical demands of the job, including lifting heavy equipment and moving furniture
- Time management skills to complete tasks within designated timeframes
- Problem-solving skills to address any issues or challenges that may arise during the cleaning process

To cover both Shrewsbury and Telford area

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: £17.00-£18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 - 16 per week
