Customer Services are looking for enthusiastic advisor to join one of our busy ROE HR Customer Experience team on a fixed term basis until the end of June 2024.

As an integral member of Customer Experience Team, you will be working with us to own, investigate and resolve pay and non-pay related queries in line with agreed timeframes.

You will act as an interface between service delivery teams and our clients to successfully resolve complaints and escalations and identify service improvement initiatives.

To do this role well you will need:

- Background working in HR and Payroll or HR Transactional processing
- Ability to own, investigate and resolve complex and emotive queries while effectively managing the customer’s expectations
- Knowledge and experience of the ROE Oracle system or similar ERP system
- Experience of working in a high-volume service environment, operating to tight timescales and SLA’s within a HR environment
- Client legacy knowledge including understanding differences in culture and approach

In return for your skills and experience, we can offer you flexible and remote working options for a 37hr week (full time) with start and finish times between 8am - 6pm, or part time hours to suit. Our team usually work from home and come into the office once or twice a week, but we are flexible on this too. If it helps, there is even flexibility on which office you base yourself from - Swindon, Newport, or Billingham.
