**MUST BE OVER 18 and able to work 5 days including weekends (day/night)**

You will be responsible for assisting the senior management across the full breadth of the Superbowl centre, made up of Bowling Lanes, a Laser Quest arena, Bar & Diner, American Pool, an Amusement Arcade.

Making sure customers are happy, doing checks and reporting to your manager.

You will also:

- Be the face of the business and giving our customers a great experience.
- Supporting the team to hit targets and personal development goals.
- Be a very hands-on Team
- leading the team from the front, be on the floor at key times ensuring that our customers are happy and safe.
- Have excellent attention to detail, to enhance our customers’ visit - you’ll need to surprise and delight them at every opportunity and create lasting memories.
- Drive sales with the Centre and suggest ideas on delivering additional sales ideas to the Centre management.
- Be the expert.

For you to be successful in the role, you’ll need a positive attitude to everything you do

As well as:

- Minimum of 6 months experience in a fast-paced, customer-facing role
- Passionate about customer service
- Ability to inspire and lead a team
- Sociable with an outgoing personality
- Enthusiastic with a hands-on approach
- An understanding of a leisure or hospitality operation
- Willing to work evenings and weekends and during school holidays

**About the Role**

As a receptionist and a bar team member, you will be at the very centre of the customer’s journey

Every shift is different, you may be welcoming customers at reception, serving food & drink from our bar and you'll be checking to see if everyone is okay. Your professional and engaging customer service, along with your high energy and infectious enthusiasm will ensure our customers have an enjoyable, excellent value-for-money experience with every visit.

Within our fast-paced, dynamic world, Team Members are trained across all key areas of the centre, so you'll be able to provide support and add value at every stage of the customer journey.

**Opening Hours and Shift Patterns**:
Our centres are typically open seven days a week, from:
12:00 until 22:00 (Monday - Thursday) TERM TIME 10:00 - 22:00 (School Holidays)

10:00 until Late (Saturday)

10:00 unil 21:00 (Sunday)

Within this industry, our busiest times are evenings, weekends, and public school holidays, which tends to be when we require availability from applicants.

Part-time hours: 35 per week

**Salary**: £8.00-£10.50 per hour
