Founded by a small team of creative designers and engineers, we’ve grown quickly in our first three years in the UK. We’ve got ambitious plans to expand, and are looking for enthusiastic, engaging people to help us build our brand in Europe from the ground up.
**The role**
We are looking for someone mathematically minded, with fantastic organisational and administrative skills. A knowledge of Microsoft Excel would be an advantage. The role holder will have a keen eye for detail and not be phased by chasing suppliers and balancing stock levels at our Corston site. The role will join the product team.

**Responsibilities**:
- Forecasting & Ordering
- Study the customer orders daily and check that the forecasts are accurate and realistic for our best estimate of the future demand.
- Place regular orders with suppliers balancing stock days maintaining good stock
- Use current and new tools to plan good supply, (Netsuite MRP currently.)
- Build a strong understanding of the software, and help evolve better versions.
- Help purchase newly developed products, then take over responsibility for new ranges post launch.
Data accuracy
- Communicate very concisely using simple language.
- Maintain the order book to accurately show all stock movements, part-orders, part shipments etc with correct dates throughout
- Monitor orders and communicate with suppliers to make sure they will ship OTIF, or we know why they don’t.
- Maintain all data to be accurate, throughout the supply chain, via systems and checking either within the team or individually.
Goods-in
- Responsible for raising and maintaining credit notes from suppliers for under or over deliveries.
- Plan and organise the shipping of orders-in by any reasonable method, (Plane, Sea, Train, Road).
- Stock checking and accuracy
- Warehouse to do the stock -checks with support from Order fulfilment
- Manage the shipping-out methods and policies working with service partners, to give great service

**Job Types**: Permanent, Full-time
**Salary**: £24,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
This role is based in a location in which public transport is not accessible, for this reason you will need to have your own transport.
