Our Driver’s Mate's are here to assist our Home Delivery Drivers when delivering our products to our customers. As a Driver’s Mate, you will be an ambassador of CareCo and should be committed to providing the very best service to our customers at all times.

**What are my responsibilities?**
- Assisting in the delivery, installation, and demonstration of mobility products throughout Birmingham and the Midlands.
- Assist in carrying out inspections of faulty products on site.
- Assist in the collection of faulty products to be returned to our Brierley Hill Depot.
- To attend training courses as required.

**What skills are required?**
- Must be self-motivated, polite, and professional.
- Customer focused attitude.
- good communication and social skills.
- Experience in a similar role in the past would be ideal.
