After Sales Coordinator

Contract Scotland has an exciting opportunity for an After Sales Coordinator to join our professional and established client, based in Larbert. This is a full time, permanent opportunity offering a competitive salary and the chance to work with a company who are well regarded in their field.

Working as part of a fast paced and busy team your duties will include:

- Liaising with customers and any required subcontractors to ensure all issues are dealt with accordingly.
- Ensuring that all remedial works are carried out at agreed times and completed to the required standard.
- Producing and maintaining the relevant documentation relating to the customer care issue.
- Providing feedback to the technical teams.
- Assisting and managing costs of chargeable and non-chargeable works.

You will ideally have experience of working in a similar role within the construction and house building sector however customer service experience from other sectors will also be considered. You must be a confident communicator with the ability to complete tasks accurately and within agreed timescales.
