**The Company**
- We build buses and coaches. In fact, we also look after them once they’re on the road. Over half the buses you see on the roads in the UK are built and looked after by Alexander Dennis.
- We are saving the planet. Our purpose is to support Governments globally with their push to reduce pollution and improve air quality by building greener, more eco-friendly buses.

**Your Dream Role**
- An exciting opportunity for an experienced **Executive Assistant **to join our team.
- Support the Managing Director and other Senior Executives/Manager with administrative tasks.
- Travel management including researching, providing options and booking transport and accommodation accordingly
- Assist in organising some of our fantastic events
- Manage diaries for multiple senior managers, coordinate and rearranging often conflicting commitments across multiple time zones.
- Attend meetings, take minutes and plan follow ups.
- Organise and host meetings both on site and remotely, distributing materials as required.
- Support with financial transactions including expenses and credit card reconciliations as well as dealing with invoices.
- Office management including office stationery supply and distributing correspondence
- Opportunities like this don’t come along often - this is a varied and busy role which will give you exposure to lots of different stakeholders and activities across our business.

**About You**
- This role is perfect for someone who is organised with excellent time management and organisational skills.
- Strong IT Skills, in particular you will be a proficient user of Microsoft packages including Outlook, Word, Excel and Powerpoint and will quickly learn how to use other new technology.
- Ability to prioritise a busy workload
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the confidence to build strong working relationships with stakeholders across all levels of seniority.
- Previous experience as an Executive Assistant PA or similar
