We are looking for someone to #JoinUs as a Liaison Officer - Vehicle Recovery Collaboration in our Specialist Operations Department. Could you be who we are looking for?

About the team/Department you will be joining:

- We are a small team based across the Southern Wales Police Forces, that oversee the administration process for vehicles which are either seized or recovered, as part of operational policing processes.
- You will have a hybrid working environment of home and office (SWP HQ Bridgend). However, as part of the initial training period, you will be predominantly office based.
- Our team operate on a Monday to Friday basis, working standard office hours.

About the role and your key responsibilities:

- The role is principally based around the administrative support processes to both external and internal customers.
- Dealing with general enquiries and responses that come into the unit.
- Managing key tasks in an efficient and effective manner, to support the smooth running of the unit.

What skills and experience do we need you to bring to the role:

- We are looking, first and foremost, for a team player who has enthusiasm, and a drive to deliver a first-class service to all our stakeholders.
- You must be computer literate and have a good knowledge of MS Office functions.
- Experience in a similar business area would be an asset, however, not essential.
