One of our dynamic and prominent investment management clients is currently seeking a Senior Internal Communications Manager to join their team in London to lead the internal and employee comms for EMEA. You will be responsible for delivering a first classcorporate communications framework as well as working on some very exciting story telling projects regarding the brand’s exceptional value add projects within HR to include D&I, Global Mobility and Employee Wellbeing.

With a split reporting line into the Head of HR in EMEA and the Head of Internal Comms in the US, your duties will include:

- Creation of the communication strategy for the EMEA remit
- Work with senior internal stakeholders to competitive communication vantage points and common communication needs. - Supports the development of coordinated site leadership (BU heads and direct reports, if applicable), and associate messaging and messagemaps.
- Executing the full communications plan and fulfil the company-wide communication objectives Key requirements will include:

- Proven related work experience - Advanced PowerPoint and visual presentation skills - Writing/content creation
- Strong communication and listening skills (able to interpret and synthesize complex messages appropriately for audience)
- Prior experience working at a senior level within an internal communications role
- Previous industry experience - ideally asset management or broader financial services
- Strong communication and stakeholder building skills
- Ability to write content and translate complex messages for the appropriate audiences
- Working closely with business leaders
