**Domestic Abuse Case Worker Co-ordinator (Breckland)**
**Hours**: 37 per week
**Salary**:£27,571 rising to £29,571 after successfully completing 6 months’ probation.

**Job purpose**:
To provide and lead an effective, supportive and confidential service for women and children requiring emergency refuge accommodation through Leeway's refuge team.

To ensure that the refuge operational policies and procedures are implemented and adhered to and that all statistical data collated and maintained for stakeholders and funding bodies.

To support the Residential Services Manager in developing the Refuge Service to deliver the best possible outcomes for refuge residents.

**Job requirements**:
Relevant qualifications and/or two years' experience of working with women and children who are experiencing domestic violence, for a statutory or voluntary agency. Experience of safeguarding vulnerable adults and children.

**Ability to use Microsoft office is essential. Full driving license, car business insurance and use of a car to travel is essential.**
