**Exciting Opportunity: Cover Supervisor Needed for Specialist School**

Look no further - The Supply Room is currently recruiting for a Cover Supervisor to join the team at a leading all-through specialist school in Southampton, SO16.

**Position**: Cover Supervisor
**Location**: Southampton, SO16
**Pay Rate**: £90-£105 per day (dependent on experience)
**Working Hours**: Full-time, Monday to Friday
**Start Date**: ASAP

Currently, we are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Cover Supervisor to join the team at a specialist school in Southampton.

**Responsibilities**:

- Supervising classes in the absence of the regular teacher
- Delivering pre-prepared lesson plans and ensuring continuity of learning
- Managing behavior and promoting a positive learning environment
- Providing support to students with additional needs
- Collaborating with teaching staff to ensure effective delivery of the curriculum

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience working in a school setting
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage challenging behaviour with empathy and understanding
- Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to undergo DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) clearance
