**Switchboard Operator**

**Monday - Friday 8-5, 45 hours per week.**

**£25,312 per annum**

To support our our Customer experience team, we are looking for someone to triage calls to our 27 sites across the UK.

**The role will include, but is not limited to**:

- To triage up to 120 calls per day from customers and clients to our 27 sites across the UK, ensuring we achieve a +90% answer rate.
- Support the claims team by triaging the centralized inbox.
- Support the claims team with adding instructions on BMS.
- Gathering/filing and storing information as required and within GDPR guidelines.

**Skills and Knowledge**:

- Self-motivated, enthusiastic, and extremely organised with a keen eye for detail.
- Keen to support others and be a cooperative team player.
- Be a key communicator.
- Able to complete work from start to finish within the time frame given to a high standard.
