37 hours per week, 41 weeks per year (Term Time only plus 2 weeks)
- **Salary: £22,150 **_(£25,172 FTE) - TBOWA Scale Point 23_

Following the retirement of a long-serving member of staff, The Bishop of Winchester Academy is seeking a proactive **Exams Officer **to play the pivotal role of overseeing the examinations process for the academy. - Be able to prioritise and work effectively to deadlines
- Demonstrate evidence of thoroughness and attention to detail
- Be able to maintain confidentiality and adhere to Data Protection legislation
- Have a basic understanding of Excel (training will be provided)
- Be educated to Level 3 / A Level or have proven relevant experience

**Your responsibilities will include**:

- Planning and preparing for upcoming exams
- Coordinating exam logistics by sourcing invigilators and managing the arrangements for timetabling, rooming, seating, resourcing and Exam Access Arrangements
- Ensuring the awarding bodies published terms, conditions and processes are adhered to
- Communicating agreed arrangements with staff and students of the academy
- Managing arrangements for the secure storage and dispatch of examination scripts
