We are seeking a confident administrator to support a team of Area Programme Managers with Learner recruitment activity, on-going communications, and their achievements. The team are responsible for a variety of courses including Counselling, Hairdressing and Leisure programmes.

We are looking for someone who will always go the extra mile to ensure our learners have the best experience, therefore, you will have excellent communication skills, attention to detail and be digitally savvy - experience in using MS Office including Teams is essential.

You will be mainly home based with some hot desk working in our learning centres or BCP Council offices. You will have a flexible approach to travelling to work from other centres when required such as attending team meetings.

As a result of the creation of BCP Council in 2019, we are working on simplifying our terms and conditions of service and will be creating a single pay structure which is to be applicable for all employees.
