Are you a property solicitor looking to move into a leading property team and increase the scope and challenge of work? Hunter Savage is currently partnering with this leading law firm to recruit property solicitors for their band 1 rated commercial property team and to be based in their offices in Edinburgh? This role would suit a qualified solicitor ideally 3 + years PQE with previous commercial property experience.

Our client is a leading law firm with an excellent reputation and a very strong property team with leading partners and a wealth of expertise in dealing with some of the largest property deals in Scotland. They have an impressive client base of clients across Scotland, the UK and international and work on a broad range of commercial property matters. **The Role**

Working as part of this talented team the commercial property associate will get the opportunity to work with a broad range of clients and advise on a range of transactions to include complex development projects, commercial landlord and tenant, high value real estate finance transactions, commercial acquisitions and disposals etc

**The Person**

Ideally you will meet the following criteria
- Qualified Solicitor - Ideally 3 + years PQE
- Experience of working in the commercial property team of a leading firm
- Strong technical skills and knowledge of commercial property transactions
- Excellent client facing skills
