**Responsibilities**:

- Administrative tasks to ensure customer accounts are updated
- Prompt and professional response to all calls and enquiries
- Negotiating payment arrangements with customers on client’s behalf
- Identifying potential sales opportunities with commercial customers
- Building excellent client care relationships by providing timely updates on progress of accounts
- Ability to manage difficult conversations with professionalism and honesty
- Adhering to personal KPIs set

**Skills needed**:

- Excellent Communication and Administration skills
- High level of Accuracy and Attention to detail
- Driven and Self-motivated individual
- Excellent MS Office skills
