**What you’ll be doing**:
You’ll be helping our Client Executive to guide each property marketing project to success and navigating any challenges along the way. As part of the ‘hands on' team for the project, you’ll work closely with our Client Executive and the delivery team to bring each project to fruition, and ensure every property marketing campaign is the best we’ve ever created. You'll then help manage that property through the sale process.

We'd love to find someone who not only has a positive ‘can do’ approach, but a ‘will-do’ determination. You'll need to be talented at juggling lots of different tasks and working out the best way to overcome problems as well as being great at working with people.

World-class training is provided and no experience in the industry is required.

**Skills**

A keen eye for detail and excellent organisational skills

A friendly, can-do attitude and willingness to muck in A ‘cool as a cucumber’ head in a crisis

Excellent telephone manner Proficiency in Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Social Media (familiarity with Apple Mac would be an advantage)

Great interpersonal skills

This role is a Full-Time Position working Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm Plus Every Other Saturday.

Hours may be negotiable upon discussion.

Driving Licence is essential.

**Salary**: £19,000.00-£24,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

**Education**:

- GCSE or equivalent (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Account management: 1 year (preferred)
- sales: 1 year (preferred)

Ability to Commute:

- Dartmouth (required)

Ability to Relocate:
