Courtesy Care Ltd is a small business in Axminster. We are professional, social, supportive and our goal is to support elderly people to live in their own homes, with some help with personal care, reminding to take medication from blister pack, light meal prep, some shopping, some cleaning, check safety on leaving, assist to remind to get undressed and go to bed, communication etc.

**Responsibilities**:

- Be a good listener and know how to deal with people using empathy.
- Follow the homecare agency's policies and procedures.
- Separate personal feelings from professional decisions and interactions.
- Help people achieve maximum independence in their homes.
- Understand the ethical, legal, and social issues of providing care in the home.

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 20 per week

**Salary**: £11.00-£12.00 per hour
