Just Imagine Nursery in Colchester are looking for a Room leader for their toddler room to join their team

The nursery is a small Community Nursery in the heart of Greenstead, Colchester. The nursery is a converted house offering that home from home feel.

Just Imagine Colchester recently gained an Outstanding rating from Ofsted and also won NMT Community Nursery of the Year.

The nursery is run by a small team of 9 staff, with little staff turnover and has been open 4 years and still growing and expanding. The nursery requires someone to take the lead with the Baby Room as well as other senior responsibilities.

You must hold a minimum level 3 childcare certificate and have a strong background in childcare.

The position is working a 40 hour week across 5 days.

There is also the opportunity to be the SENCO for the nursery.

With a low turnover of staff due to our supportive nature, we understand that our nursery only achieves high standards through the hard work and dedication from our passionate team. We respect all our staff as individuals, each with something different to offer the children in our care.
