**Role overview**:
**Key responsibilities will include**:

- Developing & implementing commercial strategies, taking key decisions, according to company goals & objectives aiming to accelerate growth in order to deliver budgets.
- Identifying market opportunities, managing sales pipeline, managing end to end sales process:

- Understanding potential business opportunities
- Designing and presenting propositions
- Commercial & contractual negotiations
- Supporting contract implementation process
- Researching & identifying new business opportunities, including new markets, growth areas, trends, products and services through research, face to face & networking opportunities.
- Attain a good understanding of business products, services and be confident to provide advice & recommendations to potential customers.
- Work closely with wider business, operations, marketing, product, implementation, and finance
- collaboration is key.

**Key qualities & experience required include**:

- Proven track record of success as Business Development Manager in BPO environment and/or within Fintech sector.
- Demonstrate a history of delivering commercial results in a competitive arena consistently.
- Desire and tenacity to develop stand alone sales function within the business. The role has the opportunity to significantly grow.
- Ability to operate at a senior level both internally and externally, current client Base covers UK, Europe & USA, which is expected to grow. Some travel may be expected, but mainly UK/remote based.
- Capability to manage pipeline of complex projects and proposals consecutively, ensuring deadlines met, submissions followed though through and outputs successfully achieved.
