The role is based within the planing sales department at a road planing company in Evesham. The main purpose of the role: To ensure the planing sales dept operates lawfully, safely and profitably in support of our road planing operations.

Duties include:
Selling Road Planings - Finding tips by calling potential and existing customers

Raising invoices

Follow up calls to customers confirming delivery and quantities

Chasing outstanding payments

Obtaining waste transfer notes from internal and external sources

Build and maintain all databases and control of documentation and paperwork

Meeting environmental requirements for planings including disposal, registering exemptions and checking licences/permits

Ensuring compliance of waste transfer notes

Dealing with customer issues

Scanning and attaching planning sales to each contract within the database

**(STRICTLY NO AGENCIES)**

**Salary**: £20,000.00 /year
