Education and Leadership Provide innovative training and education to staff within the organisation at all levels, to improve staff attitudes, knowledge, skills and confidence, in line with best practice and guidance. Provide leadership on the delivery of evidence based best practice in CYP mental health approaches Act as a clinical role model to others Work in partnership with colleagues to provide support and information to families Work proactively with the senior lead for safeguarding and complex health, key local and national stakeholders to develop more integrated care pathways and holistic models of care, through dissemination of specialist skills and knowledge. Evaluation and Audit Lead on and support the audit and evaluation of quality improvements and initiatives aimed at improving the delivery of CYP mental health care within Colchester Hospital Collect and review quantitative and qualitative data to evaluate the effectiveness and impact of this role. Undertake analysis and evaluation and make any recommendations to support the ongoing support for children and young people with mental health needs.

Maintain clinical records and provide verbal and written feedback appropriately and as required Ensure recorded information and data recorded is relevant, accurate, and complete and captured in a contemporaneous manner. Please see attached job description for full details.
