**Customer Care Advisor**

**Location: PEAK Astbury Watersports/Trentham Tree Tops**

**Sarlay: £9.50 per Hour - Start date May 2023**

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Process a high volume of product orders
- Support sales and customer care team with general operations and to help reach the team’s objectives
- Taking phone call from a variety of stakeholders, effectively dealing with there enquires
- Communicate internally feedback from customers
- Accurately take enquiries for large or bespoke activity groups
- Process new and/or amendments to bookings whilst accurately adjusting availability
- Respond to online enquiries
- Complete weekly reporting
- Answer queries from clients regarding products and services
- Manage customer journey before and after event including before their visit to agree programme/activities with support from centre team and rebooking for the following year
- Create quotes
- Attend and support open days
- Visiting schools/companies to collect relevant date for marketing and delivery physical packs/information
- Create waiting list and manage for additional sessions
- Attend weekly sales meeting at agreed location with team
- Working location may vary from remote, hot desk at a site and reception at centre
- Deal with complaints initially and pass over to a manager if not resolved
- Process cash/card takings in centre
- Working with the centre manager, creating relevant cost and booking enquiries based on availability
- Reception cover onsite at activity centres, selling refreshments, takings bookings and payment, face to face customer contact, answering centre phones and supporting centre manager with client contact prior to their visits

In addition, Senior Customer Care Advisors will.
- Mentor and supporting customer care advisors
- Support the production and analyses of reports
- Any other duties deemed necessary by the business
