Receptionist

Full time office receptionist required for very busy long-established firm of Solicitors. Administrative role which requires an organised, enthusiastic person who possesses a high standard of inter-personal and communication skills, especially in the context of client care. You should be able to prioritise and work to deadlines.
Duties include:
- Processing all incoming telephone calls with no undue delay in a helpful and courteous manner
- Receive and process all visitors to the firm in a helpful, friendly and professional manner
- Ensuring tidiness of the reception area
- Undertake other clerical and administrative duties as may reasonably be required from time to time
- Undertake file archiving, maintaining accurate and organised records
- Order stationary as and when required
- Manage junior administrators and ensure smooth running of the office
- Ensure confidentiality and security of the firms and client's documentation and information
Working hours are 9am to 5.15pm with 1 hour for lunch, Monday to Friday.
20 days holiday per annum + statutory holidays
**Salary**: From £9.50 per hour
