Job Summary:
**Responsibilities**:
- Greet guests and provide them with a warm welcome
- Check-in and check-out guests efficiently and accurately.
- respond to guest inquiries with compassion and understanding.
- Provide information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions
- Handle guest complaints or concerns with empathy, understanding, compassion and professionalism this is very important within this role.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front desk area. Dress code must be smart, smart casual and clean.
- Collaborate with other hotel staff to ensure smooth operations
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a customer service role, social care.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with guests
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively

Pay: £8.08-£11.67 per hour
Expected hours: 36 - 48 per week
