**Programme Description**

Cadent is the UK's largest Gas Distribution Company owning and operating four of the eight UK Gas Distribution Networks across the East of England, London, North West and West Midlands; spanning over 131,000 kilometres of pipes. Cadent transport gas safely and reliably to 11 million homes across their networks and operate the Gas Emergency Helpline for the whole of the UK. Costain is appointed as the Construction Management Organisation to manage the planning and delivery of the annual network investment programme for the East of England Network.

We are looking for a Completion Co-ordinator to join the CMO Project Completions function, work closely with the East of England Operations teams, based out of out of Hitchin with occasional travel to other sites.

**Key Tasks & Responsibilities**
- Provide proactive completion process support to the operational teams
- Audit work orders due for completion at D-14, D-7, D0 & D+5
- Review gaps and missing key documents
- Review documents posted to ensure they are complete and to the right quality
- Right first-time approach
- Undertake bulk submission of Ctrl-Hub forms to push the data into SAP
- Lead daily / weekly completion meetings with the operational leads
- Chase teams for missing documents and upload where required
- Provide management information and data to allow completions to be managed
- Interface with the Cadent DCV team to build relationships and join the teams together
- Provide escalation through proper channels if projects are not ready for completion by D0 (Area Managers, Operations Managers, Snr Operations Mangers and Programme Director) as required
- Ensure the correct naming conventions, META data and other attributes are used and maintained
- Register, track and distribute for approval all completion documentation submissions by the Contract teams
- Liaise with the Contract and Core Team to assist with ensuring that all procedural documents are submitted on time
- Train the contract team in the correct use of the DMS / Ctrl-Hub as regards completion activities
- Share good practice with the wider completion and operations community in our drive for continuous improvement
- Knowledge of the requirements of IS09001 (Quality Systems) and IS027001 (Information Security)

**About You**

Knowledge of using EDMS systems and IT generally ideally, any of the following
- Information Exchange (CAPTURE) user
- Business Collaborator 6.3 administrator
- Documentum 2
- Interact Intranet (CosTeam) content author
- Good Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel
- Powerpoint & Visio skills
- Knowledge of gas distribution networks preferred but not essential
- Knowledge of AppCan & Ctrl Hub system preferred, but training will be given
