Residential Block Property Manager

Our well-established client is successful and forward thinking with an interest in the continuous development and growth of its workforce.
They currently have a vacancy for a Block Manager to be based in Gravesend.
**The Job**:
- Requires you to work in a fast-paced environment which can also be demanding and hectic.
- Using excellent communication skills to deal with a variety of people
- Attention to detail
- Arranging Repairs, Maintenance, Services
- Carrying out regular site visits
- Liaising with Freeholders and RMC Directors
- Preparation of Budgets - Attending out of hours AGM’s and other meetings
- Dealing with arrears
- Working knowledge of relevant legislation
- Office administration - Liaising with solicitors
- On site health and safety
- Fully understand S20 consultation
- IRPM accreditation preferred but not essential

Hours of Work: Monday to Friday 09.30 - 5.30 pm hour for lunch. Able to attend out of hours meetings when required
