Role: Residential Property Solicitor/Conveyancer/Fee-earner

Location: Kent (Potential locations in three offices)

Salary: £35,000-

I am working with a client at a regional firm in Kent looking for a residential property fee-earner to join the team. The firm has multiple offices across Kent, and consists of approximately 50 fee-earners, including 13 Partners. The position is available due to departmental growth and huge demand for their conveyancing services.

In this role, the successful candidate will be responsible for managing a mixed caseload of residential files, including sales and purchases, and transfer of equity. Therefore, experience working on these types of files is crucial. There may be training and assistance on hand if the successful candidate is not an expert in small parts of some file types. The successful candidate will also receive admin support from the team of secretaries that the conveyancing department has.

Requirements

  • Live in the local area (Kent) due to it being full-time office work.
  • Experience running a caseload autonomously
  • Ideally qualified as a Solicitor/Licensed Conveyancer/Chartered Legal Executive
