Pa to Company Owner

This role is a personal assistant role in its truest sense. You would be working for an entrepreneur, whose main business is an advisory/consulting business operating globally with investment banks.
He has an assistant that supports him on matters directly related to this work, but is additionally seeking to hire a PA to support him directly in a multitude of different tasks, be these personal/domestic or other, as follows:
1. Establish organizational efficiencies and rigor to enable your 'boss' to
maximize his time on business activities. This means being happy to takeaway
any task that needs doing, however small or grand.
2. Administrative support and coordination of his charity supporting children in
Bosnia.
3. Administrative support for his wife's business: equine and hippotherapy to
support children and young adults suffering from anxiety, OCD, other.
4. Home place administration: with a family of 4 boys, it is a busy schedule. To
administrate and coordinate all aspects for the family, holidays, home matters,
cleaners, service providers, gardeners, utility bills, insurances etc.
5. To administrate and support the production of personal media material: being a
published writer, 3 x books to date, frequent articles, media posting etc.
6. National and international travel and expenses
7. Occasional administrative support to the company CFO
You will be required to work in the countryside office 2 days a week and 1 day at home. You must love dogs and animals, and can bring your dog to work if you have one.
This is a very varied role, from the smallest administrative task, to interfacing with some very interesting people worldwide and undertaking a huge variance of tasks.
You will need to be highly organized, have extensive experience in supporting a very busy person; have a can do - will do attitude and always believe the glass is half full
**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
Part-time hours: 25 per week
**Salary**: £20,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
