**Position**: Hospitality Summer Staff for Festivals and Events

**Job Type**: Seasonal (Summer)

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet and welcome guests with warmth and hospitality
- Assist with event setup and breakdown, including booth assembly, decoration, and signage placement
- Provide excellent customer service by attending to guest inquiries, requests, and concerns promptly and courteously
- Serve food and beverages in accordance with health and safety standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of hospitality areas and equipment
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction
- Uphold the values and reputation of our brand through professionalism and positive interactions

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, or event support preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Must be reliable, punctual, and attentive to detail
- A positive attitude and a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences

**Job Type**: Temporary contract
Contract length: 3 months

Pay: £11.44-£12.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 10 hour shift
- 12 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Night shift

Work Location: In person
