As a result, we are currently recruiting for a highly experienced Warehouse Administrator to work out of our Normanton depot. The main purpose of the role will be to support the warehousing team with operational proceedure, upkeep of WMS/CLAWS & completing warehouse reports for management.

**4 on 4 off nights, 6PM until 6AM**

Warehouse Administrator duties:

- Liaise with and support effective working relationships with internal and external customers
- Maintain, review and develop working practices in line with operational procedures
- Upkeep of WMS
- Accurate input onto Claws
- Accurate control and process of Customer Orders
- Wastage controlling and reporting
- HACCP awareness
- BRC Awareness
- Prepare effective reporting documents for Management
- Perpetual inventory reporting
- Control of warehouse administration ensuring all customer process are adhered to
- Pallet Control reporting
- ‘Right To Work’ in the UK
- Good spoken and written communication skills
- Strong computer literacy (Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel)
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Good spoken and written communication skills
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Previous experience working within a Warehouse / Transport enviroment
