EAC Consulting Group are representing a market leading manufacturing business based in Milton Keynes. They are looking for an experienced Facilities Operations Manager to take responsibility for the management of their Milton Keynes warehouse and operations.

**On Offer for the Facilities Operations Manager**
- Annual salary £50,000 - £60,000 - dependent on experience
- 25 days holiday + bank holidays
- Private Healthcare

- Monday - Friday 8.30am - 5:30pm

**The Facilities Operations Manager role**
- Reporting to the Managing Director the Facilities Operations Manager will be responsible for all warehouse activities. This will include receiving, machine assembly, refurbishment, order fulfilment and ensure a well organised, clean and safe warehouse.
- As Facilities Operations Manager you will oversee all building-related activities ensuring best practices and H&S procedures are followed.
- The Facilities Operations Manager will oversee the hiring, training and development of all new operations personnel while inspiring the team to achieve the highest levels of customer satisfaction.
- As Facilities Operations Manager you will collaborate with other Managers to deliver improvements and you will also manage any external contractors as required.

**The ideal Facilities Operations Manager**
- Management experience including hiring, training and motivating.
- The ability to collaborate across all company departments.
- A technical background with the ability to read and understand complex electrical, mechanical and automation systems alongside problem solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, confident in communicating with key stakeholders and the ability to demonstrate strong organisational and motivational skills.
- A multi-tasker who works well under pressure while inspiring their team.
