T2M Resourcing are working with an exciting automotive business to help them to recruit a Facilities Manager.
As their Facilities Manager you will be responsible for the management of all the company’s general facilities and property, helping them to create and deliver an exciting facilities roadmap in line with the business’s growth plans.
Key Responsibilities as a Facilities Manager:
* Management of the facilities team and subcontractors to maintain site facilities and continually meet site operational KPIs including all general M&E systems.
* Overseeing the routine maintenance of all equipment and machinery across each site, by managing and planning respective preventive maintenance schedules.
* Support the executive and management team with the planning, costing and specification of new facilities as the business grows.
* To maintain site Health and Safety and legal compliance.
* Provide input into disaster recovery plans and work alongside key stakeholders on CAPEX projects to improve existing plant and equipment systems.
Requirements to be a successful Facilities Manager:
* Previous Facilities management experience within a factory, industrial, manufacturing or production environment essential.
* Experience of delivering facilities projects on budget/time essential.
* Strong planning, organisational and communicational skills with the ability to prioritise and problem solve under pressure.
* Confident in using Microsoft Application applications.
This role will be based from the company’s main site in Milton Keynes, and will provide a fantastic opportunity to the successful applicant to grow alongside an exciting and innovative automotive business.
They have budgeted a salary of up to £50,000 for the role depending on experience, and the package would also include a Private Medical plan, a good holiday allowance growing with service and an Electrical Vehicle Sacrifice Scheme following the successful completion of your probationary period
